Green has practiced as a criminal defense and family lawyer in Vero Beach, Florida since 1975.  Andrew B. Metcalf joined the firm in 1997 having previously prosecuted criminal cases in Collier County, Florida. Mr. Metcalf was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida.

Mr. Green is founder of the Indian River County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and its Past President. He also had the honor of being a founding member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, serving over 15 years on its Board of Directors. Mr. Green is a practicing drug offense attorney and has represented clients charged with crimes ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Murder. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts within Florida.

Mr. Metcalf is President of the Indian River County Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Indian River County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is Past President of this organization. Mr. Metcalf has the honor of being one of only twelve members at large elected statewide to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has represented hundreds of clients as a DUI  lawyer and other crimes such as D.U.I.
